Description:

Rebuilding data management and analytics at Jane to establish a trusted data foundation for self-service analytics and consistent business metrics.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, validate logic, and deliver high-quality data products for financial decisions.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst in a high-growth or complex product environment.
Strong hands-on experience with SQL, dbt, and Looker; capable of writing complex queries and building insightful dashboards.
Excellent communication skills to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
Ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive projects from concept to delivery.
High attention to detail, especially with reconciliation, financial logic, and QA.
Experience working with Finance stakeholders (FP&A, Accounting, Payments, Revenue Ops).
Experience with GitHub/version control.

Annual salary range of $100,000 to $156,300, reflecting growth potential in the role.
