Requirements:

• Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field, preferably in a product-driven environment.
• Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow is required.
• A deep understanding of statistical modeling, optimization techniques, and data analysis is necessary.
• Experience with structured and text data, including feature engineering and data preprocessing, is essential.
• Candidates should be able to translate business objectives into data science problems and communicate results effectively.
• Experience in deploying machine learning models into production and optimizing performance based on feedback is required.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across cross-functional teams are necessary.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps best practices is preferred.
• A problem-solving mindset that balances technical rigor with practical business impact is essential.
