Description:

  • The NetSuite Senior Administrator / Solution Architect is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and architectural design of the NetSuite ERP platform.
  • This role ensures alignment with financial, operational, and enterprise business requirements.
  • The position serves as the primary NetSuite expert and trusted partner to the CFO organization, supporting stakeholders from executive leadership to day-to-day accounting users.
  • The role leads NetSuite solution design and optimization across core financial modules, ensuring scalable architecture, strong governance, and seamless integration with related enterprise systems.
  • Close collaboration with Finance, IT, and Enterprise Applications teams is essential to deliver reliable, compliant, and efficient financial systems.

  • Essential functions include architectural leadership, solution design and configuration, stakeholder collaboration, administration, customization and oversight, data governance and financial controls, system optimization and support, continuous learning, security and compliance, documentation and governance, and supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • An undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience supporting ERP or financial systems is necessary.
  • At least 7 years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience is required.
  • Strong functional expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and SuiteBilling is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience configuring NetSuite workflows, saved searches, roles, and financial processes is needed.
  • A strong understanding of accounting operations and financial reporting is required.
  • Experience partnering with senior finance leadership is necessary.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills are necessary.
  • The ability to gather requirements from multiple stakeholders and translate them into well-defined solutions is required.
