Description:
- 3Pillar is seeking a Senior Python Backend Engineer to lead the development of scalable backend services for the BX platform, focusing on cloud-native, Python-based systems for clinical research.
- The role involves architecting backend services, managing PostgreSQL databases, and ensuring cloud-to-cloud integrations on AWS.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of backend engineering experience, including 2+ years in a lead or tech lead role.
- Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, AWS services (Kubernetes, Lambda), and mentoring engineers.
- Strong understanding of SOLID principles, OOP, and clean architecture patterns.
- Familiarity with clinical or healthcare data systems is a plus.
