Description:

  • Join GitLab as a Backend Engineer on the Agent Observability team, focusing on AI integration in software delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of complex features and establish architectural patterns for AI agents across GitLab.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Ruby on Rails, including background jobs, APIs, and data models.
  • Proficiency in designing REST and/or GraphQL APIs with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
  • Strong experience with AI tooling and backend feature integration.
  • SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases like PostgreSQL.
  • Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration.
