The Senior Software Developer / Tech Lead will drive feature execution and delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and improve development processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
10+ years of experience in software development, including leading a team.
Experience as a technical or team lead, with knowledge of unit testing, design patterns, and object-oriented software design.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player.
