Lead a team of engineers in designing and developing web-based and mobile software products for Common App.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Software Developers while ensuring high-quality software products.

Requirements:

Must reside in the U.S. and be willing to travel for biannual retreats.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
8-10 years of software development experience and 6-8 years in a management role.
Proficiency in web application development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, TypeScript).
Expertise in backend/API development (C#, .NET Core, REST).
Advanced knowledge of AWS services and CI/CD practices.
Familiarity with Agile development and secure coding practices.
AWS Solution Architect certification preferred.
