Description:

Lead the engineering efforts in your team, solving complex problems and raising coding standards.
Own significant features and services, ensuring they are architected for scalability and minimal dependencies.
Ship production-ready, self-documenting code and set standards for AI-assisted development.

Requirements:

5–8 years of experience in building production software with ownership of live systems.
Proficiency in at least one of DZ's stacks (TypeScript, Go, C#) and knowledge of Postgres and AWS.
Expertise in service interactions and data flow within a domain.
Strong understanding of security practices and payment-surface threats.
Ability to weigh cost against value, especially regarding AI usage.
Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
