Description:

Propel is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to connect the Government Partnerships team with Product & Engineering, translating state partners' needs into product strategy and overseeing delivery.
This hands-on role involves writing scoping documents, building dashboards, and executing state campaigns, with potential for future leadership opportunities.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical program management, or product management in a B2G context, with direct experience in state SNAP or Medicaid agencies.
Strong technical background, comfortable with API documentation and translating technical details for non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with public benefits administration (SNAP, Medicaid, EBT).
Ability to operate at various levels, from high-level presentations to detailed campaign specifications.
Strong product instincts to differentiate between platform features and one-off requests.
Comfort with ambiguity and building new partnership models.
Excellent communication and data analysis skills, including SQL fluency.
