Description:

  • Serve as a technical partner to Commercial Sales and Success teams to acquire new customers and grow existing accounts.
  • Deliver technical presentations, resolve technical issues, and implement custom solutions for clients.
  • Design and manage customer-specific proof of concept (PoC) projects and build custom reports and dashboards.
  • Assist with RFPs and maintain updated demo spaces for sales.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing technology role, ideally in pre-sales or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience with commercial clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred; relevant certifications (PMP, CSM) are a plus.
  • Experience with AI platforms for workflow automation and integration tools (Unito, Workato, Zapier).
  • Strong customer-facing skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
