  • Cyara is a leader in AI-powered customer experience assurance, focusing on optimizing customer journeys through a unified platform.
  • The Senior Technical Evangelist will act as a technical expert and thought leader in AI Trust, agentic AI testing, and CX observability.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in roles such as Technical Evangelist, Developer Advocate, or AI Architect.
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML systems, APIs, and cloud architectures, with hands-on experience in LLMs and conversational AI.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to engage with technical audiences.
