Description:

  • Join the Workforce Management (WFM) engineering team at NiCE to design scalable backend services and shape the AI development ecosystem.
  • Engage in creating intelligent development workflows and optimizing AI-assisted engineering practices.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise web applications using Java, with strong skills in Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA, RESTful Web Services, JUnit, and Mockito.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools and concepts, such as GitHub Copilot and large language models.
