Description:

  • Render is seeking a Solutions Engineer to lead the technical side of pre-sales, focusing on migrating developers from Heroku to Render.
  • The role involves collaborating with Account Executives, conducting technical discovery, and delivering customized product demonstrations.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical sales in cloud infrastructure or developer tools.
  • Hands-on experience with major PaaS platforms and proficiency in modern web application stacks, including databases and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to write code in languages like Python, Ruby, or Node.js, and understand networking fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience managing multiple technical evaluations.
