Join the Access AI team to build agentic AI systems for Access Management across Identity Security Products.
Architect, build, and operate production-grade autonomous agents for enterprise-scale identity security actions.

Requirements:

8+ years of software engineering experience with strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
Hands-on experience designing and operating agentic systems in production.
Proficiency in Python; knowledge of Go, Java, or C++ is a plus.
Experience with frontier AI SDKs (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI) and production settings.
Familiarity with RAG and retrieval patterns in production.
Proven track record of technical leadership and mentoring engineers.

Competitive base pay ranging from $171,900 to $300,800, plus equity and variable compensation.
