The Staff Backend Engineer will define technical direction, architect scalable systems, and mentor senior engineers.

Requirements:

7+ years of backend engineering experience with large-scale, high-performance systems.
Deep expertise in Rust (preferred), C++, or equivalent systems programming languages.
Proven experience with distributed systems, data pipelines, and performance-critical infrastructure.
Expert-level knowledge of database internals and optimization patterns for large datasets.
