Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 8+ years in software engineering with a focus on large-scale distributed systems.
• Proficient in Java, Go, or another modern backend language.
• Strong expertise in microservices, event-driven architectures, and reliability engineering.
• Deep experience with Kafka, Redis, and both relational and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS) and a background in capital markets or regulated environments.
