Description:

Lead the technical direction and evolution of Phone Billing, a critical component of HighLevel's communication platform.
Own the architecture, scalability, reliability, and technical strategy of the Phone Billing platform, ensuring billing correctness and financial accuracy.

Requirements:

8+ years of backend engineering experience with 2+ years in a Staff role, designing fault-tolerant systems at scale.
Deep expertise in distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and asynchronous job processing.
Proven experience in systems where correctness is crucial, such as metering and billing.
Strong experience with relational and NoSQL data models, and familiarity with monitoring and root-cause analysis.
