Description:

  • Lead architect of methodologies to measure Pearl Health’s impact on the healthcare system.
  • Focus on causal inference and statistical frameworks to improve patient outcomes and financial sustainability.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Biostatistics, Epidemiology) with 8+ years of experience.
  • Proven experience in causal inference methodologies and predictive modeling.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in cloud environments (AWS, Snowflake).
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex statistical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Benefits:

  • Base salary range: $160,000 - $200,000 per year.
  • Eligible for discretionary performance bonus and equity options.
