Seeking a highly experienced Staff Engineer/Architect for the Reporting team.
Role involves expanding reporting platform capabilities and setting the technical roadmap.

Requirements:

10+ years of professional software engineering experience at a staff/architect level.
Deep expertise in ClickHouse, Python, and Django.
Experience in designing and scaling data-intensive systems (reporting, analytics, or BI platforms).
Proven track record in leading technical architecture decisions and discussions.
Ability to diagnose systemic production issues and implement durable fixes.
Comfortable with frontend changes in admin and reporting portals.
Strong communication skills to explain complex technical topics clearly.
Experience in an early-stage startup is a plus.
