Description:

  • Join Delinea as a Staff Software Development Engineer to build StrongDM, a universal access management platform.
  • Lead the architecture and technical direction of distributed backend systems in Go, addressing complex engineering challenges.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering with expertise in Go, distributed systems, and backend service development.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, API design, and cloud-native deployment (AWS or similar).
  • Proven ability to mentor engineers and coordinate across teams.
