The Staff Software Engineer will work in a small, focused team, owning the full lifecycle of initiatives from problem framing to production and outcome measurement.

Requirements:

Experience with AI coding agents and a strong understanding of prompts, evals, and review workflows.
Proven ability to make technical decisions, ship complex features, and collaborate effectively with PMs and designers.
Deep skill in at least one technology stack (PHP/Laravel, TypeScript/React, etc.) and credible production experience with AI coding agents.
