Description:

  • The Staff Software Engineer (IC4) on Sales and Order Management designs, builds, ships, and operates model-driven capabilities for agentic and conversational experiences.
  • Responsibilities include building AI-native capabilities, designing autonomous workflows, authoring agentic instructions, and ensuring quality and reliability in production.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience with a production track record of AI-native application features.
  • Direct experience in authoring agentic instructions, designing AI-driven workflows, and integrating large language model APIs.
  • Strong command of data structures, algorithms, system design, and proficiency in front-end and server-side development.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
