Description:

  • Lead complex, high-risk customer deployments in Magical’s Forward Deployed Engineering team.
  • Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on in designing workflows, debugging, and shipping solutions.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in software engineering or similar technical roles.
  • Proven track record as a technical lead on customer-facing software deployments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and coach others.
  • Deep curiosity about AI agents and automation, with a strong bias toward action.
  • Located in Toronto or willing to relocate.
