Description:
- Full-time, permanent Tech Lead position for candidates based in the USA, preferably on the East Coast.
- Requires frequent travel to client sites within the U.S., with travel expenses covered by the company.
- Responsible for leading development teams and translating business requirements into impactful applications.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in software engineering with 2+ years as a Technical Lead, proficient in Golang and/or Python, and modern Frontend tech stack (React/Angular/TypeScript).
- Experience with AI application development, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability practices, and agile methodologies.
- Strong people skills and experience working directly with clients to understand technical requirements.
