Description:

- The Senior/Staff Software Engineer will lead the ScreamingFace squad, responsible for building a leaderboard for fusion models and an open toolkit for benchmark evaluations.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record in building and operating production systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python (3.12+) and experience with AI coding agents, distributed systems, and API design.
- Technical leadership experience, including mentoring and introducing engineering quality practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work asynchronously across time zones.
