Remote Tech Lead — LiveOps Team

Description:

• Lead the technical direction of the LiveOps Monetization platform.
• Guide engineers across backend (PHP, Go) and frontend (React/NextJS) stacks.
• Make architectural decisions for scalable, high-availability systems.
• Mentor engineers and drive engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams on complex workflows.
• Oversee performance, observability, and reliability improvements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong backend experience and understanding of frontend architecture.
• Proven experience in designing scalable microservices and APIs.
• Strong database knowledge (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Experience with distributed systems, performance tuning, and monitoring.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
