Description:

  • TTEC Digital is seeking a full-time, fully remote Engineering Technical Lead to develop AI CX tools for major brands.
  • The role involves leading a team in a startup-like environment, focusing on high-throughput, low-latency systems and innovative AI solutions.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of hands-on experience in software development, particularly in Go and AI technologies.
  • Proven leadership in shipping real-time or platform products, with a strong focus on delivery and team collaboration.
  • Experience with event-driven systems (NATS/Kafka), AI/ML model development, and debugging complex systems.
  • Familiarity with GCP and voice/CCaaS/CTI technologies is a plus.
