Description:

  • The Tech Lead will support the Renewals team, focusing on scalable services and tooling for the policy renewal process.
  • Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, designing systems, performing code reviews, and mentoring team members.

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in building APIs and 5+ years in front-end web applications.
  • Extensive full-stack experience with React, Node, Typescript, and PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience mentoring developers.
