Description:

Drive execution and delivery of features by collaborating with cross-functional teams, architects, product owners, and developers.
Responsible for development process improvement and removing impediments.
Contributes to development tasks such as coding and feature verifications to assist teams with release commitments.
Coach and mentor leads through technical and non-technical challenges.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
10+ years of experience in software development, including leading a team.
Experience as a technical or team lead or equivalent experience.
Working knowledge of unit testing, user stories, design patterns, and object-oriented software design.
Proficiency in .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and C#.
Experience with microservice architecture, short release cycles, feature toggle implementations, and continuous integration.
Desire to be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
