Remote Technical Lead

Description:

• Lead a team responsible for experience optimization systems across personalization, experimentation, audience generation, and content delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business strategy into engineering roadmaps and scalable systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Experience leading engineering teams as a people manager or technical lead.
• Strong software engineering background with backend-heavy focus, particularly in Go or Python.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Ability to define technical direction in ambiguous spaces and mentor engineers.
