Description:

Serve as the technical backbone for relationships with enterprise customers, ensuring they realize technical value from Noibu's platform.
Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and drive customer adoption.

Requirements:

3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
Strong technical knowledge of APIs and web technologies (Postman, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Java, SQL, PHP).
Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong project management skills to handle multiple enterprise accounts.
Bonus: Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, SFCC) and a STEM degree.
