Description:

  • Join ServiceNow's Applied AI Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) team to build intelligent, scalable AI solutions for enterprise challenges.
  • Act as a Senior Forward Deployed Software Engineer (FDSE), owning backend services, LLM pipelines, and front-end integrations to deliver solution-ready builds.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in customer-facing roles.
  • Proven ability to design and implement AI-native software in production environments, with expertise in backend (Python, Node.js, Java) and frontend (React, Angular) technologies.
  • Familiarity with LLM tooling (LangChain, Semantic Kernel) and experience in deploying applications in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% for onsite customer engagement.
