Description:

Join Loop, an ecommerce software company, as a Solutions Engineer in London, UK, supporting merchants across EMEA and APAC.
Work closely with Sales, Onboarding, and Merchant Success teams to ensure smooth launches for new merchants.

Requirements:

3+ years in B2B pre-sales solutions engineering, technical sales, or consulting, preferably with UK, EU, or APAC merchants.
Hands-on experience with logistics, 3PL, and warehouse systems, including familiarity with regional carriers and customs documentation.
Strong integrations background across diverse commerce architectures, including Shopify, headless builds, and ERP systems.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones.
Experience with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and project management.

Work in a Blended Working Environment with flexibility in location.
