Description:

  • Serve as the technical lead for the Insider Risk program supporting the USPTO.
  • Guide insider-risk analysts and advise government data owners while building and tuning Microsoft security tooling.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field; or a Master's degree with reduced experience requirement.
  • 7 years of specialized experience in cybersecurity or related fields (5 years with a Master's).
  • Primary certification: CISSP or GIAC Security Expert (GSE).
  • Secondary certification: one or more from GIAC certifications list.
  • Active SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one.
