Requirements:

Significant experience in designing and maintaining ETLs for large-scale datasets.
Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, and familiarity with tools like Databricks, Snowflake, or DBT.
2+ years in a technical lead role, with mentoring experience.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with ambiguous requirements.
Experience with complex datasets and innovative data processing methods.
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
