Description:

Provide technical leadership, training, and consulting for Professional Services employees in the Student module area.
Offer technical and functional consulting/problem resolution for Jenzabar One clients.
Understand Professional Services processes, Student Information Systems, and higher education regulations.

Requirements:

BS, BA Degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years’ experience, with at least 4 years in Higher Education.
Experience with Jenzabar’s J1 Student Information System/ERP, particularly in Admissions, Registrar, Advising, and Student Life.
Advanced SQL programming skills and software troubleshooting skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven effective listening skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and translate technical concepts to functional users.

Pay range: $65,000-$78,000/year, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
