Description:

Lead the technology vision and development of HHAeXchange's next-generation home care agency and caregiver platform.
Work across the full stack, utilizing technologies like Go, PostgreSQL, Redis, SQS, Kubernetes, and GenAI tooling.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in software engineering with modern architectures and frameworks.
Deep experience in backend development, particularly with Go, PostgreSQL, Redis, and SQS.
Significant experience in CI/CD pipelines and tools.
Proven ability to architect and deliver complex SaaS solutions in cloud environments (AWS or similar).
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to explore AI tools to enhance productivity.

Competitive base salary range of $165,000-175,000/yr, excluding variable compensation.
