Description:

  • Lead the development of Canary's Voice AI product, managing a team of engineers.
  • Own the architecture of a real-time telephony system for hotel guest interactions.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of engineering experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in backend application development and real-time systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Bonus: Experience with conversational AI, telephony systems, and ASR/TTS providers.
