The Technical Lead will define and scale the technical direction of the consumer platform, focusing on engineering quality and AI-native development practices.

Requirements:

8+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in full-stack web development.
Strong mastery of TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Next.js, with experience in GraphQL, Apollo, and AWS.
Proven track record in influencing architecture for consumer-facing web products at scale.
Exceptional engineering judgment and hands-on coding ability.
Experience with AI-assisted development workflows and scaling systems under performance constraints.
