Lead the performance engineering practice for Weave, focusing on scaling the Truelark platform.
Establish performance baselines, identify bottlenecks, and ensure reliability under load.
Build a self-service performance testing platform integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
Champion performance best practices and conduct deep-dive bottleneck analysis.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in performance engineering or related fields; 8+ years for Staff level.
Proficiency in Go and/or Python, with strong software development fundamentals.
Expertise in Kubernetes and CI/CD tools like GitLab CI or GitHub Actions.
Deep understanding of performance testing methodologies and systems thinking.
Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
