Requirements:

• Familiar with Java.
• Hands-on experience with smart contract development using Solidity and Rust (or Move).
• Deep understanding of blockchain concepts, smart contract security, and token standards.
• Experience in designing architecture of decentralized applications (DApps).
• Familiar with mainstream DeFi apps like Aave, Uniswap, and Radium.
• Knowledge of mainstream cross-chain protocols like CCIP and CCTP.
• Familiar with AI tools like Claude Code and Agentic coding.
• Good spoken English for coordination with overseas partners.
