Description:

  • Seeking a hands-on Solutions Engineer with expertise in enterprise contact center and customer experience.
  • Role involves designing, prototyping, and hardening AI-driven solutions for large enterprises in a pre-sales environment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise customer experience or contact center technology.
  • Strong familiarity with CCaaS platforms, CRM systems, and operational KPIs.
  • Proven ability to lead technical discovery in complex enterprise accounts.
  • Hands-on experience building AI-driven applications and strong Python proficiency.
  • Working knowledge of cloud architecture patterns and enterprise SaaS integration.
