The Software Engineer role involves crafting solutions that enhance connections between healthcare professionals and facilities.
Responsibilities include delivering high-quality, scalable code, developing reusable components, owning the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with product managers and customers, embracing a remote-first culture, contributing to a customer-centric approach, and participating in on-call rotations.

Requirements:

Proficiency in building complex web or mobile applications, ideally with TypeScript, React, and Node/NestJS, though a specific language background is not mandatory.
Experience in developing, monitoring, and supporting services in production environments.
Strong understanding of service-specific integration testing, end-to-end testing, and selective unit tests.
Familiarity with AWS (ECS, Terraform) and best practices for deploying cloud-based applications.
Ability to thrive in low-structure, high-ownership environments, solving complex issues with clear solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and document decisions thoroughly.
A strong desire to make real-world impacts and collaborate with product managers and customers to ensure features meet end-user needs.
