Infisical is seeking a Solutions Engineer to enhance customer growth and ensure a smooth product experience from onboarding to long-term success.
This role is high-impact and customer-facing, requiring close collaboration with the CEO, sales, and engineering teams.
Responsibilities include running proof-of-concept with leads, guiding customers through onboarding, and recommending best practices for specific architectures and use cases.
The Solutions Engineer will ensure new customers are activated, satisfied, and have all their questions addressed.
The role involves becoming a trusted technical advisor to customer and business leaders.
The Solutions Engineer will work alongside account executives to lead demo and discovery calls.
Daily communication with customers is essential to identify friction points and potential workflow improvements, understanding their needs, and providing feedback for the product roadmap.
The position requires understanding the user journey and guiding the UX/DX roadmap.
Hosting webinars and knowledge-sharing sessions for customer stakeholders is part of the role.
The Solutions Engineer will also improve documentation and public-facing materials based on customer feedback.
This position is crucial as Infisical aims to scale to thousands of customers in the next 18 months.

Requirements:

Candidates must have prior experience in development, systems engineering, or DevOps, with open source contributions being a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to clearly articulate technical concepts.
A high energy, high ownership mindset, and a willingness to operate in ambiguity are essential.
Candidates must be based in EMEA.
Bonus qualifications include familiarity with secret management tools or developer security platforms, a solid understanding of developer workflows and/or DevSecOps infrastructure, and prior experience in a startup or fast-scaling environment.
Involvement in developer communities or public speaking (webinars, talks, etc.) is a plus.
Experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or DevRel, is preferred.
Experience supporting enterprise accounts and working with technical stakeholders is also beneficial.
