The Solutions Engineer position is critical in an innovative startup disrupting the compliance industry, focusing on maintaining affordable, transparent, and easy compliance.
The role involves being a subject matter expert in GRC to help win new business and ensure value realization for existing customers.
Responsibilities include assisting in pipeline development, co-developing messaging and value proposition materials, leading solution workshops, and helping customers achieve desired results.
The position requires collaboration with functional stakeholders to develop and execute enablement programs for customers, partners, and employees.
The role is remote but must be filled by a US Citizen, subject to a background check and unannounced drug testing.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 2+ years of experience as a Risk and Compliance practitioner or 4+ years in presales engineering within the GRC/InfoSecurity market.
A strong network of relationships in the Security and GRC ecosystem is required.
Expertise in driving results and solving complex business problems is essential, both as an individual contributor and through direct reports.
Excellent presentation, organizational, and communication skills are necessary to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
The ability to partner effectively with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level contacts, as well as day-to-day users of technologies, is required.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience, is mandatory.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to build and execute plans effectively, be high-energy, flexible, and able to collaborate across the organization.
