Description:

Seeking a Senior Software Field Engineer for the Innovation Group at Kong, focusing on automated migration solutions using AI Coding Agents.
Responsible for enhancing the Migration Automation Framework and delivering customer-facing migration solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

6+ years of software development experience.
Hands-on experience with API gateways and integrations in customer environments.
Knowledge of APIs, containers, micro-services, and Linux environments.
Experience with AI Coding Agents and application development in multiple programming languages.
Familiarity with major cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) and tools like Google Apigee or IBM API Connect is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage customer demands.
BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
