• As a Staff Backend Engineer, you will establish technical standards and lead backend systems across various teams, solving complex problems and mentoring engineers.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 8+ years in software engineering with expertise in large-scale distributed systems.
• Proficient in Java and Go, with strong skills in microservices, event-driven architectures, and reliability engineering.
• Experience with Kafka, Redis, relational and NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS).
• Background in fintech or regulated environments with strong communication skills.
