Description:
Join ClickUp as a Strategic Solutions Engineer to support sales and success teams in acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
Collaborate with managers to understand team needs and deliver technical presentations, manage proof of value projects, and create custom reports for clients.
Requirements:
Remote role based in the Northeastern U.S., preferably near Boston, with occasional in-person meetings required.
6+ years in a customer-facing technology role, ideally in pre-sales or consulting.
Proven experience with AI platforms, workflow automation, and cloud transformation processes.
Strong customer-facing skills and ability to influence technical and executive audiences.
Hands-on experience with AI, integration platforms, web services, and APIs.
