Description:

  • Singular is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to support complex customer implementations and technical onboarding across the Americas.
  • The role involves collaboration with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to resolve technical challenges and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in Solution Engineering, Technical Account Management, or similar technical customer-facing role.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, experience with SDKs, APIs, and ability to write SQL queries.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Independent and fast learner, comfortable in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
