Singular is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to support complex customer implementations and technical onboarding across the Americas.
The role involves collaboration with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to resolve technical challenges and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
5+ years in Solution Engineering, Technical Account Management, or similar technical customer-facing role.
Strong troubleshooting skills, experience with SDKs, APIs, and ability to write SQL queries.
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Independent and fast learner, comfortable in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
