Description:

  • Lead the health and evolution of TextNow's mobile core platform (HSS, PGW, PCRF) hosted in AWS.
  • Act as the technical bridge between vendor Managed Services and internal teams, ensuring accountability and performance.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in SRE, infrastructure, or network engineering with experience in high-availability platforms.
  • Strong networking fundamentals and vendor management experience.
  • Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and incident management.
  • AI-driven mindset for operational excellence and technical leadership skills.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $160,000 - $259,200 based on location and experience.
